What to Know About New School Year: Books, Supplies & Laptops
It’s the middle of summer vacation, but it’s not too early to start preparing for the upcoming school year, which begins August 21.

Textbooks for all classes for the 2017-2018 school year are now ready for purchase through Sage Hill School’s new online bookstore. Click on “Buy Books” and choose the “School Year 2017-2018” term option, then search for specific courses by department.

Book rental options are also available for select titles. You will see “Rent” as an option next to “Used” and “New” on the website where it is applicable.

Don’t forget to also purchase a copy of this year’s Book in Common: “Blink,” by Malcolm Gladwell.

Sage Hill does not have a list of required school supplies. Students should come to school prepared with paper and pens/pencils. If teachers have specific requirements for their classes, they will provide those to students on the first day of class.

Students are also required to bring their own laptops every day to class. Student laptops may be either Mac or PC, but must meet the school’s standards, which can be found here.

We look forward to seeing all the new and returning students in August!
