Sage Hill School complies with Federal Transparency in Coverage regulations by providing a link to machine readable files related to the health plans offered to our employees. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data including negotiated service rates, and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.     Long-Term Substitute – Science
    Sage Hill has an opening for a long-term substitute to teach four sections of science, specifically AP Chemistry and Organic Chemistry. The assignment will be for approximately 16 weeks, starting in early August. BA or BS in subject area required. Independent school experience and a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience preferred.
     
    This is an exempt position that is not eligible for benefits.
     
    Compensation will be prorated based on the anticipated annual salary range of $70,000 - $100,000, depending on 
    experience.

    AV Systems Engineer – Start Date – Immediate Availability
    The AV Engineer is part of the IT department and is responsible for the setup, operation and maintenance of the School’s AV equipment and support all on and off campus events that require presentation and performance technology, especially in the Black Box Theater. The AV Systems Engineer will also provide support and training to student crews and the community granted use of presentation spaces. The AV Systems Engineer must manage timely communication with the IT and Arts department due to the high volume of projects and performances. Watch a reel of our studio facility in action.
     
    Qualifications:

    Technical
    • Min. 6 full musical theater productions in the capacity of Production Sound Engineer and 3 as the Sound designer
    • Experience with Q-lab, Yamaha and Allen and Health audio consoles, Dante PA system, Shure microphones, control systems 
    • Experience with controls systems: Creston, QSC (Q-SYS) and Extron
    • Experience with Meyer Sound Constellation Systems, lighting equipment and systems and streaming equipment is a plus
    • Experience in an educational environment, a plus  
    • BA in related area
    General
    • Work with students, parents, teachers and the school community
    • Excellent time mgmt., communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, including flexibility and collaboration
    • Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs., stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand for long periods of time, use of hands to handle objects or controls and to reach, work at heights and in performance spaces, including fly loft, catwalks, loading galleries, grid, rooftops and storage spaces
    • Flexible schedule to work nights and weekends as needed
    This is a full-time, non-exempt, benefit eligible position.
     
    Hourly rate range: $37.00 - $42.00, commensurate with experience

    Girls’ Soccer JV Head Coach
    The JV Head Coach for girls’ soccer is responsible for leading the girls’ JV soccer team while also supporting the Girls’ Soccer Head Varsity Coach as they lead the overall girls’ soccer program.  Sage Hill is looking for a dynamic and positive individual who is motivated and passionate about the development of student-athletes.  The ideal candidate would have experience competing at the high school and/or collegiate level, and previous coaching experience is preferred.

    Head Girls' Lacrosse Coach
    The Head Girls’ Lacrosse Coach is responsible for developing and leading the girls’ lacrosse program while supporting and upholding Sage Hill School’s mission.  Sage Hill is looking for a dynamic and positive individual whose areas of strength include teaching, motivating, and character development.  The ideal candidate would have experience as a head coach for girls’ lacrosse.
