Sage Hill School complies with Federal Transparency in Coverage regulations by providing a link to machine readable files related to the health plans offered to our employees. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data including negotiated service rates, and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.   • Teaching Opportunities - Updated October 9, 2026

    A Sage Hill School faculty member is devoted to teaching and learning, supports the School’s co-curricular programs and contributes broadly to the life of the School while promoting the School’s mission. A faculty member will maintain the School’s standards of excellence and professionalism and utilize a wide range of expertise and depth of knowledge by using a strong pedagogical approach and effective assessment strategies in order to facilitate student learning. A faculty member models the School’s core values in all facets of school life and inspires community members to contribute to a culture that reflects the School’s mission.

    Long-term Substitute – Part-time Middle School Computer Science and Robotics – approximate assignment date: October 28 - December 20, 2026 
    Sage Hill School has an opening for a part-time long-term substitute to teach one (1) sections in middle school robotics and one (1) section of middle school computer science. BS or BA degree in appropriate field required, MA or MS preferred. Independent school experience a plus.

    Long-term Substitute – Middle School Mathematics – approximate assignment date: January 4 – Mid-March 2027 
    Sage Hill School has an opening for a long-term substitute to teach five (5) sections in middle school mathematics. BS or BA degree in appropriate field required, MA or MS preferred. Independent school experience a plus.

    This is a temporary, part-time. exempt position that is not eligible for benefits.
     
    Compensation Range – Annual base: $70,000 - $100,000 – prorated for part-time (Compensation commensurate with experience).

    This is a non-exempt position. $30/hour, no benefits.

    Girls’ and Boys’ Tennis Assistant Coach – Fall & Spring Seasons
    The Assistant Coach for Girls’ and Boys’ Tennis is responsible for supporting the Head Coach for Girls’ and Boys’ Tennis as they lead the tennis program. Sage Hill is looking for a dynamic and positive individual who is motivated and passionate about the development of student-athletes. The ideal candidate would have experience competing at the high school and/or collegiate level, and previous coaching experience is preferred.
     
    Cross Country Assistant Coach – Fall Season
    The Assistant Coach for Cross Country is responsible for supporting the Head Coach for Cross Country as they lead the cross country program. Sage Hill is looking for a dynamic and positive individual who is motivated and passionate about the development of student-athletes. The ideal candidate would have experience competing at the high school and/or collegiate level, and previous coaching experience is preferred.
     
    Girls’ Soccer Assistant Coach – Winter Season
    The Assistant Coach for Girls Soccer is responsible for supporting the Head Coach for Girls’ Soccer as they lead the girls’ soccer program. Sage Hill is looking for a dynamic and positive individual who is motivated and passionate about the development of student-athletes. The ideal candidate would have experience competing at the high school and/or collegiate level, and previous coaching experience is preferred.
     
    Girls’ Basketball Assistant Coach – Winter Season
    The Assistant Coach for Girls Basketball is responsible for supporting the Head Coach for Girls’ Basketball as they lead the girls’ basketball program. Sage Hill is looking for a dynamic and positive individual who is motivated and passionate about the development of student-athletes. The ideal candidate would have experience competing at the high school and/or collegiate level, and previous coaching experience is preferred.
     
    Girls’ Lacrosse Assistant Coach – Spring Season
    The Assistant Coach for Girl’s Lacrosse is responsible for supporting the Head Coach for Girls’ Lacrosse as they lead the girls’ lacrosse program. Sage Hill is looking for a dynamic and positive individual who is motivated and passionate about the development of student-athletes. The ideal candidate would have experience competing at the high school and/or collegiate level, and previous coaching experience is preferred.
     
    Baseball Assistant Coach – Spring Season
    The Assistant Coach for Baseball is responsible for supporting the Head Coach for Baseball as they lead the baseball program. Sage Hill is looking for a dynamic and positive individual who is motivated and passionate about the development of student-athletes.
