Sage Hill School complies with Federal Transparency in Coverage regulations by providing a link to machine readable files related to the health plans offered to our employees. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data including negotiated service rates, and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.     Camp Sage Counselor
    Camp Sage Camp Counselor will be responsible for planning and leading activities for campers and ensure the campers' well-being to make their camp experience as fun and rewarding as possible. Must be a rising Senior or Junior attending Sage Hill School and be available to work all four weeks of the camp, July 6 – 31, 2026.
     
    This is a non-exempt seasonal part-time position to work at Camp Sage from July 6-31, 2026.
     
    Hourly rate for this position is the current minimum wage.

    Lead Camp Counselor 
    A Lead Camp Counselor at Camp Sage will take a leadership role to ensure a high-quality, safe, and engaging camp experience for all participants. The position will supervise campers, support fellow counselors, coordinate daily transitions and serve as a liaison between camp staff and the Director of Summer at Sage.  The ideal candidate will show initiative  and possess a strong commitment to youth development. Must be available to work all four weeks of the camp, July 6 – 31, 2026. Rising senior or recent graduate of Sage Hill School preferred. 
     
    This is a non-exempt seasonal part-time position to work at Camp Sage from July 6-31, 2026.
     
    Hourly rate for this position is $18

    Camp Sage Instructor
    Camp Sage Instructor will be responsible for preparing curriculum and instructional course material to teach a session for Camp Sage and ensure the campers' well-being and make their camp experience as fun and rewarding as possible. This position models the School’s core values and inspires campers to a culture that reflects the School's mission. High School degree required 4-year degree preferred.
     
    This is a non-exempt seasonal part-time position to work at Camp Sage from July 6-31, 2026.
     
    Hourly rate for this position is $30. Total compensation will be coordinated with the stipends structure as described in the Summer at Sage pay schedule.

    Part-time Administrative Assistant for the Sage Center – Start Date July 1, 2026
    The Administrative Assistant to the Sage Center provides administrative support to the Sage Center Director and Sage Center programming. The position will also assist with specific projects of critical importance as instructed by the Sage Center Director. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, able to work well with students and the School community and proficient in design programs, Microsoft and Google suite. High school diploma required. A four-year degree, Canvas, iMovie and previous school experience is preferred. The position will work approximately 20 hours a week.
     
    This is a part-time non-exempt benefits eligible position.
     
    Hourly rate range: $30 - $35 (rate is commensurate with experience)

    Administrative Assistant for the Middle School - Part-time – Start Date: July 1, 2026
    With the opening of the Middle School in the 2026-2027 school year, Sage Hill is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to the Middle School. This position will provide confidential, consistent, efficient and professional support for the Director of Middle School and Middle School Dean of School Life. In addition, this role will support all programs in the Middle School. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, able to work well with students and the school community and competent with Microsoft and Google suites. High school diploma required, four-year degree and school experience preferred.  The position will work approximately 20 hours a week.
     
    This is a part-time non-exempt benefits eligible position.
     
    Hourly rate range: $30 - $35 (rate is commensurate with experience)

    Athletic Trainer - Part-time – 15-19 hours a week – Start date - Immediate
    Sage Hill School is hiring an additional part-time Athletic Trainer to support our students.  The Athletic Trainer is responsible for establishing an effective athletic training program for the School. This position will serve as the point person for all student health issues immediately following the conclusion of the school day.  The athletic trainer will work in accordance with a weekly schedule to be determined by the Athletic Director. Weekly schedules will vary according to the athletic season.
     
    This is a part-time non-exempt position that is not eligible for benefits.
     
    Hourly range: $30 - $40 (compensation is commensurate with experience)
