Health Plan Transparency in Coverage
Sage Hill School complies with Federal Transparency in Coverage regulations by providing a link to machine readable files related to the health plans offered to our employees. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data including negotiated service rates, and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.     Controller – Start Date - As soon as possible
    Sage Hill School is seeking an experienced and collaborative Controller to oversee the school’s accounting operations and financial reporting functions. The Controller plays a key leadership role in ensuring sound fiscal management, strong internal controls and accurate financial reporting while supporting the mission and strategic priorities of the school.  

    This position requires a detail-oriented professional who values integrity, service, and partnership within a dynamic educational environment. 8-10 years of financial and budgeted experience required. CPA and/or MBA preferred. Nonprofit and Blackbaud experience desired.

    The is a full-time exempt benefits eligible position.
    The annual compensation range is $160,000 - $180,000.

    Camp Sage Counselor
    Camp Sage Camp Counselor will be responsible for planning and leading activities for campers and ensure the campers' well-being to make their camp experience as fun and rewarding as possible. Must be a rising Senior or Junior attending Sage Hill School and be available to work all four weeks of the camp, July 6 – 31, 2026.
     
    This is a non-exempt seasonal part-time position to work at Camp Sage from July 6-31, 2026.
     
    Hourly rate for this position is the current minimum wage.

    Lead Camp Counselor 
    A Lead Camp Counselor at Camp Sage will take a leadership role to ensure a high-quality, safe, and engaging camp experience for all participants. The position will supervise campers, support fellow counselors, coordinate daily transitions and serve as a liaison between camp staff and the Director of Summer at Sage.  The ideal candidate will show initiative  and possess a strong commitment to youth development. Must be available to work all four weeks of the camp, July 6 – 31, 2026. Rising senior or recent graduate of Sage Hill School preferred. 
     
    This is a non-exempt seasonal part-time position to work at Camp Sage from July 6-31, 2026.
     
    Hourly rate for this position is $18

    Camp Sage Instructor
    Camp Sage Instructor will be responsible for preparing curriculum and instructional course material to teach a session for Camp Sage and ensure the campers' well-being and make their camp experience as fun and rewarding as possible. This position models the School’s core values and inspires campers to a culture that reflects the School's mission. High School degree required 4-year degree preferred.
     
    This is a non-exempt seasonal part-time position to work at Camp Sage from July 6-31, 2026.
     
    Hourly rate for this position is $30. Total compensation will be coordinated with the stipends structure as described in the Summer at Sage pay schedule.
