Supporting Sage Hill

Thank you for your interest in supporting Sage Hill School! We rely on the Sage Hill community of parents, trustees, friends and alumni families to support our mission of providing a transformative educational experience. Every gift is an important contribution to the life of Sage Hill School and directly impacts our students.
Sage Hill School is a registered 501(c)(3) entity. Your contribution is tax-deductible as allowed by law. Federal Tax ID 33-0729698. All gifts received prior to June 30, 2024 will be recognized in the 2023-2024 Annual Report. Ways to Give

  • Cash, Check or Credit Card

    Payments by check (payable to Sage Hill School), may be mailed to the Advancement Office.  You may also safely and securely donate by credit card via our online form.
  • Securities

    You may earn substantial tax savings by making a gift of stock.  For information on potential tax savings, please contact your tax advisor.  Please use the Stock Gifting Instructions Form.
  • Matching Gifts

    Many corporations will match philanthropic donations made by their employees. Simply send us the appropriate forms from your employer, and your gift to Sage Hill will be matched according to your company's guidelines.
  • Gifts in Kind

    We are pleased to receive gifts of goods and services that may provide a budgetary savings to the school or fulfill a particular departmental need. Please contact the Advancement Office for more information.
  • Planned Giving

    Planned gifts are another way to give to Sage Hill School. Please consult your financial advisor to get the best advice for your current situation as there are many benefits to planned giving. Please look at the following options that may provide a unique way to give to Sage Hill that does not impact your current day-to-day life:

    • outright gift of appreciated securities
    • gift in your will or living trust
    • beneficiary designations
    • charitable remainder trust
    • charitable lead trust
    • life insurance designation
    • gift of real estate

  • Annual Fund

    The Annual Fund touches every aspect of the Sage Hill experience in immediate and lasting ways. The Annual Fund is essential to the excellence you see in our classrooms, on the playing fields, in our Studio, and through the programs unique to Sage Hill, like the Sage Hill Internship Program (SHIP), Spring at Sage and Service Learning.

  • Financial Assistance

    Sage Hill School has always been committed to serving a wide range of students from a variety of backgrounds. We believe, and studies show, that having diverse viewpoints and ways of thinking are instrumental in providing the best outcomes for all  of our students.

    Today, our focus shifts from building our facilities to nurturing the programs and people that utilize them. This initiative will preserve and build upon our founding vision, to provide access to a broad range of students from across the region, educating the whole student in an inspiring and collaborative setting. Our goal is to steadily increase the number of students who receive financial assistance via a permanent endowment that will give back to our broader community in perpetuity.

  • Faculty Support

    From the beginning, Sage Hill knew that one key to success was having a faculty of excellence who would inspire our students and instill a love of knowledge. For Sage Hill to continue to recruit, retain, and support the best faculty, significant financial investment is paramount.

    The Faculty/Staff Endowment will support the recruitment, retention and rewarding of our outstanding faculty and staff. 

    • Endowed gifts of over $100,000 can be named in honor of a faculty or staff member, or
    • Endowed gifts of over $100,000 can be named in honor of a Sage Hill graduate or Sage Hill family
  • Program Support - Hamoui Family Sage Center Endowment

    The Hamoui Family Sage Center is the hub for innovative and experiential teaching and learning with and beyond the Sage Hill Campus. A gift to this fund will provide a permanent source of revenue and support the Center’s immediate and long term financial security. Your contribution to this endowment will ensure that Sage Hill can maintain its commitment to innovation and excellence that is a distinguishing feature or our school. 

    Some examples of programs the School would like to have endowed include:

    • Sage Hill Speaker Series
    • Spring at Sage
    • Service Learning
