• Admission Open House

  Prospective families with students in 5th grade or higher are invited to attend Sage Hill's most popular Admission event of the year, Admission Open House. To insure guests have the ideal experience, 150 people per session will be admitted from 10:00 AM – 2:05 PM. Every 35 minutes with show start times at:

• Parent Coffee Panel Discussions

  Parent Coffee Panel Discussions provide prospective parents and members of our community with an opportunity to learn more about Sage Hill. These coffees are small, informal chats in the McNeill Merz Loft in the Johnson Family Library with school administrators and Parent Ambassadors. There will be a panel discussion so that guests can hear from the Head of School, Assistant Head of School for Academics, and Dean of School Life. All coffees begin at 10:00 AM and last approximately one hour. Seating is limited and pre-registration is required. After the coffee, there will be an optional campus tour with a member of the Admission team.

• Homecoming Game with Campus Tours

  Prospective families are invited to take a campus tour before enjoying food trucks, lawn games, and a photo booth at the Homecoming Tailgate, which begins at 4:30 PM. Then, stay and watch the Homecoming Football Game on Ramer Field, which begins at 6:00 PM, and help cheer on the Lightning football team! RSVP Opens Monday, September 16

    Take a campus tour and then watch Lightning soccer and basketball in action.

• Academic Information Night (Grades 5 - 11)

  Prospective families are invited to meet our faculty members and visit classrooms, science labs and the Studio at Sage Hill. RSVP Opens Monday, December 9
  

• Shadow Days (for applicants only)

  All admission candidates are invited to participate in a Shadow Day, where they can experience a typical day on campus. Applicants will attend classes, meet students and faculty, and see the campus in action. Lunch is included, and we offer morning or afternoon sessions. 
  
  Shadow Days are optional and not a required part of the application process. Due to the significant interest we see each year, we are only able to offer a Shadow Day experience to those students who have completed an application form. We encourage families to start the application process early so they have their choice of dates and times. To schedule a Shadow Day, please submit the Admission Application. Once the application is received and processed by our team, you will see an optional checklist item labeled Shadow Day which will allow you to select one of the following dates.
