  • Parent Coffee Panel Discussions

Parent Coffee Panel Discussions provide prospective parents and members of our community with an opportunity to learn more about Sage Hill. These coffees are small, informal chats in the McNeill Merz Loft in the Johnson Family Library with school administrators and Parent Ambassadors. There will be a panel discussion so that guests can hear from the Head of School, Assistant Head of School for Academics, and Dean of School Life. All coffees begin at 10:00 AM and last approximately one hour. Seating is limited and pre-registration is required.

Check back soon for future discussion dates!

  • Shadow Days (for applicants only)

All admission candidates are invited to participate in a Shadow Day, where they can experience a typical day on campus. Applicants will attend classes, meet students and faculty, and see the campus in action. Lunch is included, and we offer morning or afternoon sessions.

Shadow Days are optional and not a required part of the application process. Space is extremely limited and greatest availability will be open to those who begin the application process early.

Registration is available to eligible candidates through the on-online admission application under the Optional Items checklist.

Shadow Days will take place on various dates from September through January.
At Sage Hill School, all guests over the age of 18 are required to check in with a valid government-issued ID at our front desk in the Caillouette Family Community Center during normal office hours (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM).

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
