La Canada upsets Sage

Head-to-head until the very last minute, Sage fought hard and there were many notable moments. Captain Daria Gordeeva played with immense intensity, winning every ground ball she went after, getting two draw controls, assisted and even scored a goal. Freshmen Sophia Witte and McKenna Weinstein took two ground balls each and got their first free position shots. Alayna Lewis and Hayden Furey each scored four goals, and Francesca D'Agostino scored one.
