Ninth Grade Balance in Practice Workshop (Virtual)

Students will participate in a SageFit workout, hear from an alumni guest speaker, participate in a journaling exercise and learn more about yoga and mindfulness. This will all take place virtually; students should not come to campus.

Schedule:

8:15-8:44 AM: SageFit class with Coach Ray. Equipment: workout shoes and clothes, water bottle for breaks.

10-minute break

8:55-9:40 AM: Tips for your Health and Happiness with guest speaker and alumna Aurora Kaye ('11), a marriage and family therapist/positive mental health advocate.

10-minute break

9:50-10:20 AM: Journaling exercise

10:20-10:45 AM: Yoga and Mindfulness with Coach Connolly
