Hawks surprise Lightning in defeat

It was an unforgettable defeat by El Dorado. The first half was pretty even with the Lightning only trailing by a couple of points. Unfortunately, the Hawks' intensity came out in the second half which frustrated Sage defense. Alayna Lewis was a threat on draw controls and scored two goals, Captain Hayden Furey had four goals, defenders Daria Gordeeva and Danielle Kain also scored. Goalie Walker Moore had an impressive 27 saves, but transitions in the midfield didn't allow Sage offense to get many opportunities.
