Capo Valley upsets Sage
Capistrano Valley set the pace of the game off the first whistle, with Sage losing 3-8 at halftime. The Lightning came back pumped, winning some draw controls and playing tight defense. Completed passes in the midfield and communication on defense made Sage the “second half team.” Alayna Lewis, Hayden Furey, and Jordan Team each scored two goals, Sasha Swerdlow was a threat on attack, and Walker Moore denied 17 goals.
