15 Students Honored in Scholastic Art & Writing Awards

This year, Sage Hill had 15 students recognized in the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards for outstanding achievement in a variety of genres including poetry, personal essay, flash fiction, dramatic script, humor and critical essay.

These Sage Hill students earned 23 awards, which included one prestigious Gold Award for junior Jolin Chan.

English teacher Arlie Parker announced the award winners at Town Meeting on Monday, February 3.

“It is great to see our students’ work recognized outside the walls of our classrooms,” Parker said. “I love seeing their excitement — these are great achievements. I am very proud of their accomplishments!”
