Brieane Olson is Chief Executive Officer of Pacsun, bestselling author of "Co-Created: The Cultural Strategy That Redefined Pacsun" and a corporate and nonprofit board member. She is widely recognized as a prominent voice on leadership, Gen Z and Gen Alpha, consumer behavior and the intersection of culture, community and commerce.

She is widely recognized as a prominent voice on leadership, Gen Z and Gen Alpha, consumer behavior and the intersection of culture, community and commerce.
As CEO, Brieane has led Pacsun’s transformation into one of the world’s most culturally relevant youth brands through a strategy rooted in purpose, innovation and co-creation. Her leadership has been recognized globally, and she is a frequent keynote speaker, media contributor and advisor on topics including leadership, artificial intelligence, organizational transformation and the future of retail.
Brieane previously held leadership roles at Abercrombie & Fitch and Valentino, where she developed expertise across merchandising, product strategy and global brand development. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
She serves on several corporate and nonprofit boards, including Conscious Capitalism, Make-A-Wish Los Angeles and Delivering Good. She is passionate about developing purpose-driven leaders and helping organizations navigate the future through innovation, culture and collaboration.
Brieane is the proud mother of two children, Colette and Roux '30.
