How does your heart know when to beat faster? Why do your muscles get tired? How does your brain control everything you do? Students will explore the amazing systems that keep their bodies alive through interactive experiments, models and challenges.

How does your heart know when to beat faster? Why do your muscles get tired? How does your brain control everything you do? In Human Body Science, students explore the amazing systems that keep their bodies alive through interactive experiments, models, and challenges. This engaging biology class makes science personal, fun, and memorable as students discover how the human body works — and how to take better care of it. Campers should wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing. Campers should bring a notebook or journal, pencil/pen and a folder.
