Please join Assistant Head of School for Academics, Dr. Matt Balossi, and Counselors Lynn Mountain and Amber Navarro for a Parent Coffee as they discuss topics that parents will want to hear about, including:
• Supporting students academically – practical guidance for navigating procrastination, organization, academic challenges and balancing schoolwork with extracurriculars.
• Fostering healthy balance – sleep, rest during breaks, social media boundaries, healthy eating, stress management and anxiety awareness.
A Q&A session with parents will follow remarks by the panelists.
