Convocation & Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

Baseball Field
  • Parents are warmly invited to the All-Parent Welcome Coffee, hosted by the Parent Association, beginning at 8:00 AM outside the lower Humanities building near the baseball field.
  • Middle school students begin the day with Advisory at 8:00 AM.
  • Upper school students should arrive on campus by 8:30 AM as we anticipate a large turnout for the morning's festivities.
  • At 9:00 AM, students, parents, faculty and staff will gather on the baseball field for our Convocation Ceremony and Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony.
Following the ceremony, students will attend classes on a slightly abbreviated First Day of School Schedule. The school day will conclude at 3:00 PM for middle school students and 3:30 PM for upper school students.

First Day Parking:
Parents may enter campus only to drop off their student(s). Parents who would like to stay for the Convocation & Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony will be directed to park at Mariner’s Church and take a shuttle bus to campus. Shuttle service will begin at 7:15 AM. Please allow for up to 30 minutes of travel time via the shuttle.
