Communication and Website Manager – Start Date TBDThe primary objective of the
Communications and Website Manager is to tell the story of the Sage Hill School journey by showcasing teaching and learning and the many opportunities for students and community members to engage in the vibrant life of our campus. This is a hands-on role, where the individual is expected to be equally strong at both technical and strategic aspects of communication. The position requires close collaboration with multiple departments including Academics, Admission and Advancement, as well as various school constituencies, including faculty, parents and students. We are looking for a highly accomplished writer in both print and electronic media. Experience in website design and management and a 4-year degree required. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Assistant Director of Summer at Sage – Start Date - July 1, 2022 The Assistant Director of Summer at Sage will support the Summer at Sage program under the direction of the Director of Auxiliary Programs/Registrar. This position should average 8-10 hours a week and will require a more demanding schedule in the summer while programs are in session. The ideal candidate must possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude, excellent customer service skills and be able to multi-task and manage stressful situations. Experience with camp management and knowledge of independent schools preferred. High school diploma required.
This is a part-time, non-exempt position, not benefits eligible.

Network Systems Engineer – Immediate start date
The Network Systems Engineer is a member of the Technology Team and assists in maintaining, troubleshooting, analyzing and enhancing the school network, which includes endpoints, servers, LANs, WANs and all other software and hardware that makes up the network infrastructure. Duties also include, assisting with Technology Helpdesk tickets and employee device deployment as needed. The ideal candidate must possess current knowledge on the latest hardware and software technology trends, be able to communicate professionally and effectively, 2 years in college or trade school education in a computer-related field and 2+ years of experience with network technologies and protocols.

Advancement Alumni Program Manager – Immediate start date
The Advancement Alumni Program Manager is part of the Advancement Team and reports to the Director of Advancement. The position oversees the alumni program, components of the SHIP program and assists the Advancement Office as needed with the annual fund, capital campaigns, events, and the day-to-day operation of the Advancement Office. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of strong administrative experience in a face-paced environment, be able to work occasional evenings and weekends and possess a high level of initiative, proven ability to work independently, good time-management skills, ability to work within tight deadlines with a can-do, will-do attitude. BA or BS degree, experience in special events, fundraising or public relations preferred.
This is a full-time, 12-month, non-exempt, benefits eligible position.

Camp Sage Camp Counselor
Sage Hill is looking for current rising Juniors and Senior to be Camp Counselors at the School’s Summer at Sage Camps, taking place in the first three weeks of July 2022. The Camp Sage Camp Counselor will be responsible for planning and leading activities for campers throughout the program and to ensure their well-being to provide a rewarding and fun experience.
This is a non-exempt, seasonal position so health benefits do not apply.

Facilities Engineer III – Mid-May start date
The Facilities Engineer III is part of the Maintenance Team and is responsible for performing daily general and preventative maintenance of the entire campus which includes but not limited to minor electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC and plumbing. The position will also assist with setups and tear downs of events. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, mechanical control systems, HVAC systems, CMMS programs and the ability to analyze and solve practical problems, read blueprints and interpret a variety of instructions. 5+ years of experience in the maintenance or construction field, high school diploma and flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed are required for the job.
This is a full-time, non-exempt, benefits eligible position.
