    Science Faculty Member – Start date: July 1, 2024
    Sage Hill has an immediate opening for a science teacher to teach Biology and Chemistry. A faculty member of Sage Hill School is devoted to teaching and learning, supports the School’s co-curricular programs, and contributes broadly to the life of the School while promoting the School’s mission. BA or BS required, MA or MS preferred.
     
    This is an exempt full-time, benefit eligible position.
     
    Annual Base Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000,  commensurate with years of experience

  • Administration and Staff Opportunities - Updated March 15, 2024

    Part-time School Counselor – Start date Fall 2024
    The School Counselor will provide holistic & proactive services which contribute to each student’s educational, vocational, & personal/social development and is part of a two-person counseling team. The position serves as an advocate for students, must maintain proper documentation of work with students and is a member of the student wellness team. The ideal candidate must be able to work well with teenagers and their parents/guardians, possess superior oral and written skills and have a strong understanding of independent schools. 4-year degree in appropriate field required, MA or MS preferred.  Independent school experience preferred. The part-time School Counselor is required to be on campus approximately 20 hours a week when school is in session, weekly schedule to be determined. 
     
    Part-time, non-exempt position that may be eligible for benefits.
     
    Hourly rate range: $55 - $60/hr – rate is commensurate with experience.

    Advancement Analyst – Start Date: As soon as possible
    The Advancement Analyst is a key member of the Advancement team that plays an important role in growing philanthropy at Sage Hill School. This position is responsible for the systematic identification, determination, analysis, and maintenance of relevant information on major gift prospects.  This individual interprets and formats biographical, professional, and financial information needed to facilitate the solicitation of funds from individual donors for Sage Hill’s Advancement staff. We are looking for someone that has demonstrated skills in working with data to assist in strategic decisions and priorities, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills and be able to work occasional night and weekend events. 4-year degree required. Raiser’s Edge experience a plus.

    Annual Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000, compensation commensurate with experience.

    This is a full-time, exempt, benefits-eligible position.

    Advancement Associate – Start Date: July 1, 2024
    As a member of the Advancement team, the Advancement Associate plays a critical role in keeping the team organized and efficient. The role’s primary responsibility is to provide administrative and operational support for the team. This Advancement Associate will also be responsible for staffing Advancement events. The ideal candidate must possess superior writing skills, be detailed oriented and able to work some evening and weekend events. AA degree required, BA preferred.
     
    This is a full-time, non-exempt, benefits-eligible position.
     
    Hourly wage range: $30 - $35, rate commensurate with experience.

    Temporary Sound Engineer/Audio Director – Assignment Date: March to April 2024
    The Temporary Sound Designer/Audio Director will collaborate with the IT department and performing arts faculty members of the School. The position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the audio equipment and providing direct support for events that require presentation and performance technology, particularly in our Black Box Theater.  This position may also assist with the sound design needs of miscellaneous school events. The ideal candidate must have 2 years of experience in sound for theatrical productions, extensive experience working with and operating Shure wireless microphones, Yamaha digital sound boards and power distribution systems and experience working/teaching students to impart technical knowledge in the area of sound. Experience in independent schools and BA or BS preferred.

    Campus Safety Officer
    Sage Hill is looking for active and alert individuals to provide a safe and secure environment for our community by providing access and traffic controls, patrolling the campus and documenting activities. All candidates must possess mental willingness and physical abilities to respond to emergencies. Punctuality, a professional appearance and a courteous demeanor are key qualifications for the job. A high school diploma is required. BSIS Guard Card and one year of campus safety experience is preferred. We have immediate openings for full-time and part-time positions.

    Hourly Rate Range: $20.00 - $22.00, commensurate with experience.

    Head Girls’ Flag Football Coach
    The Head Girls’ Flag Football Coach is responsible for developing and leading the girls’ flag football program while supporting and upholding Sage Hill School’s mission. Sage Hill is looking for a dynamic and positive individual whose areas of strength include teaching, motivating, and character development. The ideal candidate would have experience as a head coach for girls’ flag football.

    Baseball – Assistant Coach
    The Assistant Coach for Baseball is responsible for supporting the Head Coach as they lead the baseball program. Sage Hill is looking for a dynamic and positive individual who is motivated and passionate about the development of student-athletes. The ideal candidate would have experience competing at the collegiate level, and previous coaching experience is preferred.

    Girls’ Lacrosse Assistant Coach
    The Assistant Coach for Girls’ Lacrosse is responsible for supporting the Head Coach as they lead the Girls’ Lacrosse program. Sage Hill is looking for a dynamic and positive individual who is motivated and passionate about the development of student-athletes. The ideal candidate would have experience competing at the collegiate level, and previous coaching experience is preferred.

    Boys’ Volleyball Assistant Coach
    The Assistant Coach for Boys’ Volleyball is responsible for supporting the Head Coach as they lead the Boys’ Volleyball program. Sage Hill is looking for a dynamic and positive individual who is motivated and passionate about the development of student-athletes.
