  • Administration and Staff Opportunities - Updated August 12, 2019

    Advancement Data Associate
    Sage Hill School is looking for an Advancement Data Associate. This position will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Advancement Department. The position is responsible for the management of critical donor data contained in Raiser’s Edge, including data integrity, daily gift processing, data entry and other administrative functions. The Advancement Data Associate will also work closely with the Advancement Team, providing timely and efficient support necessary to ensure donor relations needs are met. Sage Hill School is an independent co-educational college preparatory school for day students in grades 9-12, and is located in Newport Coast, California.

    Advancement Assistant
    Sage Hill School is looking for an energetic self-starter to join the Advancement Team.  The position will assist with the day-to-day operations of the department as well as provide administrative support for the team with particular focus on the alumni program, Sage Hill Internship Program (SHIP), Annual Fund, capital campaigns and other events.  The ideal candidate must possess superb communication skills, ability to interact with a range of constituents and have at least three years of administrative experience.  Must be available to work occasional evening and weekends.  BA or BS preferred and experience with Raiser's Edge database a plus.
     
    This is a part-time, non-exempt position. This position is eligible for state-mandated benefits only.

    Sage Center Director
    The Sage Center Director will oversee the Sage Center and all programs housed under this innovative and inclusive department. The School is looking for a dynamic individual who has a proven track record as a diversity practitioner and leader who can direct the Sage Center team and work collaboratively with all constituencies of the School. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of teaching experience and has demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, assessment methodology and experiential learning. Experience as an independent school administrator preferred.

    This is a year-round, exempt, full-time, benefits-eligible position with a sttart date of July 1, 2019.
