Number 2 seeded Murrieta Valley, extended their unbeaten streak to 22-0 with a win over Sage Hill to reach the semifinals of the CIF Division 2 Girls Tennis Play-offs. Sage, seeded 10th, was no match for the Nighthawks, losing 3-15. Sage was down 1-5 after the first round, and 2-10 after the second round. Murrieta Valley was so dominate in singles, the Lightning only got 5 games in 9 sets. In doubles Sage only won 3 of 9 doubles sets for their only points.
