Sage Hill Falls Short to St. Margaret's

St. Margaret's edged Sage Hill in girls tennis 10-8 to win the Academy League title. The hard fought match saw the lead change hands several times. Sage lead 5-1 after the first round only to have St. Margaret's win the second round 5-1 to tie the match at 6-6. The Tartans took 4 of 6 matches in the last round for the 10-8 win and league title. Defending league champion Sage Hill finished second; Sage Hill is ranked #9 in the CIF D2 Top Ten Poll while St. Margaret's is ranked #6.
