Sage Hill School’s online application for the 2022-2023 school year will go live at noon on Thursday, September 1, 2022.

We look forward to receiving your application soon!
The online application process is simple. When the online application is live, you will follow the instructions below:

NOTE:  Sage Hill School does not issue the I-20 Visa for international students.

  1. For new families that have never applied, create a login username and password. (Families that have previously applied to Sage Hill School online can use their existing username and password.)
  2. Fill out the online application, electronically sign and submit with the $100 application fee.
  3. After 48 hours (excluding weekends), log back into the application and upload your student's birth certificate.
  4. Once the birth certificate has been reviewed and accepted, a new checklist item will appear which will allow you to select an interview date and time via the interactive interview scheduling calendar.
  5. Schedule your student for either the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) or Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT). Testing should be done as soon as possible but no later than January 20.  It is the parent’s responsibility to get one of the tests scheduled with the official test score results being received by Sage Hill no later than January 31.  The Sage Hill code for the ISEE is 054282 and for the SSAT it is 7039.
  6. Forward the automatic request for your student's recommendation forms by entering an email address as appropriate: a) Current Principal or Counselor; b) Current English Teacher; c) Current Math Teacher
  7. Download, print and fill out the Parental Permission for Release of Students Records form. Follow the instructions on the form.
That’s it! You can always log back into your student's application to see your checklist and the progress of the application.

Decisions will be announced in the first week of March for all candidates who have completed the entire admission process by January 31. The entire admission process consists of an application, an on-campus interview for the student, official test results from either the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) or Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT), and official academic records and recommendations from the applicant’s school(s).
