    Bio
     
    Mr. Gonzales joined Sage Hill in 2015. He currently teaches Patterns of Civilization and AP World History and previously taught Modern World History, AP US Government, Psychology, and Global Markets. Prior to teaching at Sage Hill, Mr. Gonzales was a Graduate Assistant in the Department of History at California State University, Long Beach. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Chicago and received his master’s degree in medieval history from the University of Oxford, where he was a member of St. Peter’s College.

    Bio
     
    Michalle Gould joined Sage Hill School in the spring of 2022. She previously worked as a librarian at the Art Institute of Hollywood and Laguna College of Art + Design. Prior to that, she taught and tutored academic writing at St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas. She earned an MFA in Creative Writing and an MSIS in Information Science from the University of Texas. She is currently studying American Sign Language at Golden West College.

    Bio
     
    Sara Graham joined Sage Hill in 2021 as the Sage Center Assistant Director for Global Outreach. Most recently, she was the Director of International Programs and an academic advisor at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School in Potomac, Maryland. At St. Andrew’s, she also taught and developed curriculum for the Global History and Mandarin Chinese programs. She has worked on numerous educational research projects and was a Teacher Research Fellow for the Center for Transformative Teaching and Learning in 2018. Ms. Graham received her bachelor’s degree in East Asian language and culture from Lawrence University. She also holds a master of arts in teaching a foreign language (Mandarin Chinese) from Middlebury Institute of International Studies and is working on a master’s certificate in instructional systems development from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. In addition to her work with the Sage Center and leading Spring at Sage, she also teaches two sections of English.
