31 Sage Hill Students Commended in the 2016 National Merit Scholarship Program
Sage Hill School students are showing their academic chops this year. The 2016 National Merit Scholarship Program named seven Sage Hill students as semifinalists in September, and this month, 31 Sage Hill students were commended by the program. With 126 students in the Class of 2016, about 30 percent achieved recognition by the National Merit Scholarship Program.

Commended students placed among the top five percent of more than 1.5 million students who entered the 2016 competition by taking the 2014 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT).

The seven semifinalists from Sage Hill represent less than one percent of U.S. high school seniors and includes the high scoring entrants in each state.
