Alumna Guest Teaches SageYoga
On Wednesday, September 26,  Liz Farkas (’15) helped kick off the 2015-16 school year by guest teaching and sharing health information in Sage Hill yoga classes. Liz became certified this summer with a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Alliance through Core Power. Yoga teacher and Director of Wellness Mer Connolly said “it is always exciting to have Sage Hill graduates return to campus to share their knowledge of wellness with our current students.” Liz will be attending USC, and hopes to continue teaching yoga while she is in college.
