Multicultural Fair Delivers Food, Fun, and Dazzling Entertainment
Celebrate the vast diversity of the world with international tastes, music, dancing and entertainment at the 15th Annual Sage Hill Multicultural Fair. Organized by Sage Hill parents, the fair draws more than 1,000 people from around Orange County. The fair is Saturday, March 12, 11 AM to 4:00 PM, weather permitting, at Sage Hill School.

The fair is well known for its international food booths that will feature authentic cuisine with the flavors of Americana, China, Croatia, England, France, German, Hawaii, India, Israel, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Persia and Poland will be available. The “Desserts Around the World” booth will feature treats inspired by Ghana and Italy. The Pelican Hill Resort and Sapphire Laguna restaurant kitchens also will offer their specialties.

Cultural entertainment, an ethnic bazaar, a philanthropic marketplace run by Sage Hill students, and hands-on craft making will be available for all ages. Student and faculty performers will be joined by professional artists from the extended community for a lineup that includes:
  • Chinese Lion performances
  • Irish and Hawaiian dancing
  • Korean folk Nongak drumming, singing and dancing by KAYPA as well as Korean “K-pop/Nanta”
  • Mexican Folkloric dancers
  • French singers
  • Sage Hill student bands, guitar duos and many others
