Douglas Collier
Doug Collier (2018) is a member of the Board of Directors of Tilly’s, an NYSE-listed specialty retailer based in Irvine and also serves on the company’s audit, compensation and nominating, and governing committees.
Doug is also the former Chief Financial Officer of action sports brand Volcom and was responsible for assembling the company’s financial and administrative operations shortly after the company’s founding. Doug led Volcom through an initial public offering and later, the sale of the company to French luxury company Kering. He is also the former Chairman of the Board and Audit Committee Chair of Skullcandy (Nasdaq). Doug is a Certified Public Accountant in California and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Accountancy from San Diego State University. Doug and his wife, Wende Zomnir, live in Newport Beach with their sons, Crash (’21) and Cruz ('24).
