Socio-economic diversity is a priority at Sage Hill School. We strive to assist all eligible students by covering part or all of the cost of a Sage Hill education through confidential, need-based grants, contingent upon the funds available at the time of disbursement. We do not offer academic, artistic, or athletic scholarships. Financial aid awards do not need to be repaid. Approximately 10% of our current student body receives some form of financial assistance.
The admission and financial aid processes are separate yet simultaneous. Admission decisions are made independently of eligibility for financial aid. A student must apply for admission to Sage Hill and be accepted in order to be considered for financial aid.
In order to continue receiving financial aid, returning students must meet academic and disciplinary standards expected of all students at Sage Hill. Families must reapply each year and awards may vary from year to year depending on changes in the family’s finances.
If parents are separated or divorced, both parents or guardians must submit financial aid applications.
Financial aid applications are accepted beginning November 1. The deadline for submitting a completed financial aid application for the 2020-2021 school year is February 21, 2020.
Note: You must be a returning student or a current admission applicant to apply for financial aid.
