Junior CJ McCord Crowned Champion of Boys' CIF-SS Division IV High Jump

On Saturday May 24, junior CJ McCord was the CIF-SS Division IV champion in the boys high jump! Congratulations to CJ! He also qualified for the CIF-SS masters meet on Friday, May 30, meaning he is among the top 12 high jumpers from the over 500 Southern Section school. CJ is only the second Sage Hill athlete to ever reach the Masters Meet (Zach Chandy, 2005 and 2006). After clearing 6'7" at the Masters Meet, CJ qualified to advance to the California State Meet this weekend on Friday June 6 and Saturday June 7. Go Lightning!
