All Eligible 2013-2014 Varsity Teams Qualified for CIF-SS Academic Awards Program

All eligible varsity level teams at Sage Hill School qualified for the CIF-SS Academic Awards Program for the 2013-14 academic year. Criteria for this program is “ …not judged by wins and losses on the respective sporting field, but instead, is determined by the compiled grade point averages of the entire team’s roster.” Some highlights in the standings for our eligible teams this year are that Baseball finished 2nd , Girls’ Golf and Girls’ Soccer finished 4th and Water Polo and Boys’ Soccer finished 5th. CIF-SS also honors one male and one female from each school as the CIF-SS Academic Athlete of the Year. This year’s recipients from Sage Hill School are Juliette Singarella and Jack Williamson. Go Lightning!
