    Learning Specialist

    This is a full-time, exempt, benefits eligible position.

    The Learning Specialist is responsible for overseeing, supporting and monitoring the success of students with learning differences. It is critical that the Learning Specialist be proficient in interpreting all psycho-educational testing information to assign the appropriate accommodations and be able to collaborate with faculty to support the students with learning differences. The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and strong conflict resolution skills, have superior written and communications skills, and be able to use sound judgement in a team-oriented and independent environment.     Associate Director of Advancement

    Sage Hill is looking for a dynamic, collaborative and creative development professional who is looking for growth and an opportunity to be part of a successful advancement program. The Associate Director of Advancement reports to the President of Sage Hill School and is responsible for providing leadership to the school’s annual giving, foundation relations, stewardship, events and constituent relations (parents, grandparents, alumni and alumni parents) program. The Associate Director of Advancement works collaboratively with the President in managing the school’s major gifts program and capital/endowment campaigns. The successful candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in fundraising with a successful track record of managing an annual giving program; demonstrated ability to enlist, motivate and support volunteers; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; honesty, integrity, enthusiasm, and perspective; the ability to manage a team of employees: and a very strong work ethic, supported by commitment and follow-through.
