The annual Sage Hill Multicultural Fair returns to campus on Saturday March 21, 2015. A colorful colonnade of international flags will fly, welcoming the community to this global feast for the senses. Enjoy more than 20 international food booths, dazzling entertainment, an International Marketplace, a Public Purpose Marketplace, and an Artisans' Village with artwork on display from Sage Hill students, faculty, and parents. Every year is different, and this one promises to be the best yet. Bring your family and friends for a fun and delicious celebration of diversity at Sage Hill School!
Here’s how Sage Hill parents can make this showcase event a great success:
Volunteer! Check the calendar for our next committee meeting. We’ll find you a volunteer opportunity that fits your interests and availability. Many volunteers are needed on the day of the event as well.
Invite your friends! The stage in Wilkins Town Square will host a dazzling day of cultural entertainment. Two dozen food booths will serve up tasty traditional dishes. Student artists will be demonstrating their crafting techniques throughout the day, and the Ethnic Bazaar will offer fun souvenirs from faraway lands. The World's Playground will have activities for all ages, including storytelling, origami, bread making, butter churning, henna painting, woodworking, caricatures, and more.
